Dell's Cloud Provisioning Readiness Check

Patent: US 11,979,456

Dell Technologies would like to programmatically gather and analyze Windows Autopilot information from your tenant to help ensure your process is ready for Dell’s Cloud Provisioning services. Dell has created the Cloud Provisioning Readiness Check tool to accomplish this quick check. Only data related to Windows Autopilot profiles will be collected and analyzed. Dell Technologies will not access, collect, or store personal data.

In the downloads section you will find additional instructions, the executable and an example output file of the data collected.

The Dell Readiness Check executable is signed with a Dell issued code signing certificate, to ensure authenticity. The certificate can be viewed by looking at the details of the file and the Digital Signature tab.

Local administrative rights are required when running the executable, which are used to install the required Microsoft Intune PowerShell modules.

Once launched, you will be prompted to authenticate to your tenant via the native UEM authentication mechanism. Credential data is not collected or stored by Dell Technologies; it is a direct interaction with the native Microsoft Authentication mechanism. Due to Microsoft Graph Authentication requirements, this account should have at a minimum Cloud Application Administrator permissions the first time the tool is executed.
